bullet  Send your scanned photo by uploading it to the following form.
bullet  Once we review your photo, we will email you a firm price.
bullet  You will receive a proof of the photo restoration for your review and approval.
bullet  It should only take a day or two to complete the restoration. We accept rush jobs.
bullet  You will receive two copies of the restored photo by email
bullet  One high resolution version for printing, and a low resolution copy for viewing on your computer screen.

Scanning

Scanning - I know how to use a scanner
bullet  In the preview window, select just the photo (no white showing around the photo).
bullet  Choose the color photo setting (even for black and white photos).
bullet  Turn all enhancements off.
bullet  Set resolution quality to high photo quality, 300 or 600 DPI. - Save the file as a high quality JPEG, JPG, PNG or GIF format
bullet  Email photos using the form above (6 MB maximum per file).

Scanning - I'm not too comfortable using a scanner (or don't have a scanner)
You can take your photo to a copy shop (Kinko's) or local Public Library and have them scan it for you (give them the info at the top of this page). Ask them to save it on a high quality, 300 or 600 DPI image in JPEG, JPG, PNG or GIF, burn it in a 1/2 floppy disk or CD and send the disk or CD to us for restoration.

Payment Options - Paypal Verified

bullet  Pay online by credit card using PayPal funds transfer for the fastest turnaround time.
bullet  Click on the IPCS CLIENT LOGIN link at the bottom of this page. Enter your login info and password and hit Login. After you are logged in the Client Secure Area hit Make a Payment tab to make a payment. After you verify the invoice amount is correct you can hit Pay with PayPal. Now you will be redirected to a secure PayPal payment web page from where you can make a payment.
bullet  We also accept Bank Checks, post office or bank international money orders, or Western Union. If you send a money order, ask for one negotiable in United States.
bullet  Please make Bank Checks and Money Orders payable to IPCS Web Design.
bullet  You will receive confirmation of the transaction from PayPal. Once IPCS receives confirmation from PayPal, your order will be finalized and the printed version of the restoration photo(s) will be sent to you next business day by regular mail. A high resolution copy of the finished product will be emailed to the customer's e-mail address instantly.
bullet  Payment is in U.S. funds only.

Sending Photos by Mail

bullet  You can send your photos to us through the post office or courier service.
bullet  The U.S. and Canadian post offices have a very good delivery service. They both offer track and trace, which you may want to use for extra security.
